Metrics per provider

Time series
Each metric ships with a 12-month trend. Drill-down per provider opens that provider’s encounter list filtered to the period.
What it doesn’t pretend
- Not a performance-management tool. The data is descriptive; tying it to compensation or evaluation is a partnership / governance decision, not a tooling decision.
- Not a comparative benchmark across practices. The metrics are internal to the tenant.
Filters
- By location (multi-site practices).
- By service line (dental / optom / primary care / behavioral health).
- By visit type (in-person / telehealth / inpatient).
Provider-self view
Each provider can see their own productivity dashboard via Account → My productivity. Admin sees all providers; provider sees only themselves.
